Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple, so Apple handles refunds.

Request a refund

• In SCRNSVRS: Settings → Purchases → Request a Refund…
• Or on the web: reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and choose the purchase.

Apple usually replies within a few days. If a refund is approved, the screensaver locks again.

Cancel instead

If you only want to stop Unlimited from renewing, cancel it: Settings → Purchases → Manage or Cancel Subscription…. It runs until the end of the paid period.
