Automatic energy saving

SCRNSVRS drops to 30 fps automatically:

• when your Mac runs on battery,
• in Low Power Mode,
• when your Mac gets hot (thermal pressure).

A live wallpaper pauses when windows cover the desktop completely.

Make it lighter

• Set Settings → Frame rate to 30 fps.
• Pause the wallpaper from the menu bar when you need every bit of battery.
• Use Mirrored displays: all displays share one picture.
